Born and raised in Mexico, part owner Nigdali Lupercio and her Australian born husband Adrian Reed had a vision to bring the true Mexican way of life to Australia. Upon teaming up with Ken West, owner of Big Day Out, and his partner Cathy Rechichi, the partnership fused an expert knowledge of Mexican cuisine with an unrivalled knowledge of the Australian entertainment landscape.
