Central Coast Holiday House Rental - Tariff

• Weekend Bookings (Fri-Sat nights) - $70 per person per night
  • Minimum booking of $420 per night , for up to 6 guests
• Midweek (Sun-Thurs nights) - $60 per person per night
  • Minimum booking of $360 per night , for up to 6 guests
• Xmas-Jan 2010 Holiday Peak Season 25/12/10 to 31/1/11
  • Minimum $750 per night, for up to 10 guests

• Bedrooms can be closed off for smaller groups or just one couple
• Includes all linen and towels
• Check-in after 1 pm Check-out by 11 am
• Peak time prices are $75 per person per night - school holidays and long weekends - Minimums apply

Payment Details, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions

• Minimum stay of two nights for a minimum of 10 persons during Peak Summer Season and 6 persons during Off Peak months.
• A 50% deposit is payable at time of booking with the balance to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
• Full refund for cancellations, only if more than 3 months notice given prior to arrival. If less notice given, then your deposit shall be forfeited.
• Numbers staying on the property are restricted to those advised and paid for. If you wish to have guests attend an afternoon or evening BBQ, small party or function, please let us know in advance. Extra costs may be incurred.
• Casa Bay Vista is strictly non smoking.
• Any damages to be paid by guests, at actual cost. A credit guarantee, against any damages is required prior to arrival.
• Cleaning. The cost of removing linen/towels, remaking beds and sanitising kitchens & bathrooms is included. Apart from this, the house is to be left in the same condition as on arrival. 
• Moving furniture. The cleaner is not insured to move furniture. Labour charges will apply if furniture has been moved.
• Additional cleaning. Washing up, vaccuming, rubbish removal etc.  will incur actual costs from a commercial cleaning company.
